SUMMARY: The paper refers to the issues of the current model and nature of proceedings for delimitation of a real estate property. The author indicates and discusses some of the issues that arise in practice in between administrative and judicial proceedings in such cases. In addition, he addresses the issue of the court’s jurisdiction in these proceedings, including whether in a delimitation case the court is also entitled to execute delimitation of the real estate property to a different extent than in administrative proceedings for delimitation.
