The Judicial Training Institute (JTI) of Belgium is delighted to invite you to nominate judges and/or prosecutors, interested in the area of victim support and in the debate on what type of psycho-social support measures should be made available for the judiciary.

from your country to attend the seminar “Secondary Traumatic Stress within the Judiciary and Judicial Staff: What measures to be taken?” which will take place in Durbuy, 24 – 26 September 2014 (arrival of participants at the seminar centre on Wednesday 24 September 2014, in the afternoon/evening). The working languages of the seminar are English and French, with simultaneous interpretation.

This seminar is organized by the Judicial Training Institute (Belgium) in conjunction with the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN), the ‘Studiecentrum Rechtspleging’ (the Netherlands), the National Institute of Magistracy (Romania), the ‘Escuela Judicial de Espana’ (Barcelona, Spain) and the ‘Centro de Estudios Jurídicos’ (Madrid, Spain), and with financial support from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice (Specific Programme ‘Criminal Justice’ 2007-2013).

The overall objective is to sensitize magistrates for the position of victims in criminal proceedings and to identify specific psycho-social support mechanisms (with special focus on tertiary prevention) which are available within other EU Member States coping with secondary traumatic stress among judicial staff (judges, prosecutors, registrars).

The training seminar will contribute to:

1)      the improvement knowledge of the implementation of the EU Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime which has been adopted on 25 October 2012. Member States have adopted recently new legislation and administrative provisions in order to comply with this directive.

2)      the improvement of knowledge of the criminal law systems of the Member States by focusing on the implementation of its victim support legislation.

3)      sensitize judges for the important position of victims in criminal proceedings;

4)      get an overview of good practices available in other Member States on psycho-social support measures for judicial staff suffering from secondary traumatic stress.

5)      provide a forum to exchange experiences among judicial staff from different countries.

The number of participants is fixed at 86, breaking down as follows:

-        40 Belgian judges, public prosecutors and liquidators

-        46 judges and public prosecutors from the other Member States and candidate countries.

Please note that participation is free of charge and that all costs (travel, accommodation and catering) are covered by the JTI.

L’Institut de formation judiciaire (IFJ) de Belgique a le plaisir de vous inviter à désigner des juges/procureurs (spécialisés dans les procédures d’insolvabilité transfrontalières) de votre pays qui sont disposés à participer au séminaire « Stress traumatique secondaire au coeur du système judiciaire et son personnel : quelle mesures enclencher ?» qui aura lieu à Durbuy du 24 au 26 septembre 2014 (l’arrivée des participants au centre de séminaires est prévue le mercredi 24 septembre 2014, dans le courant de l’après-midi/de la soirée).

Les objectifs du séminaire consistent à :

1. l'amélioration de la connaissance de la mise en œuvre de la directive du Parlement européen de l'UE et du Conseil établissant des normes minimales concernant les droits, le soutien et la protection des victimes de la criminalité qui a été adopté le 25 Octobre 2012. États membres ont adopté récemment une nouvelle législation et les réglementations administratives pour se conformer à la présente directive.
2.  l'amélioration de la connaissance des systèmes de droit pénal des États membres en mettant l'accent sur ​​la mise en œuvre de sa législation sur l'aide aux victimes.
3. sensibiliser les juges pour la position important de victimes dans les procédures pénales;
4. obtenir un aperçu des bonnes pratiques disponibles dans d'autres États membres sur les mesures de soutien psycho-sociales pour le personnel judiciaire qui souffrent de stress traumatique secondaire
5. fournir un forum d'échange d'expériences entre les personnels de justice des différents pays.

-        40 magistrats, juges consulaires et curateurs belges et

-        46 magistrats, curateurs, administrateurs judiciaires et mandataires judiciaires des autres Etats membres et candidats.

J’attire votre attention sur le fait qu’il n’y a pas de frais d’inscription.  Tous les frais (déplacement, logement, repas) sont pris en charge par l’IFJ.

Zasady rekrutacji:

1. Znajomość języka angielskiego/francuskiego na poziomie B1-B2. Do zgłoszenia należy dołączyć kopię certyfikatu językowego lub kopię dokumentu zdanego egzaminu państwowego z języka obcego w formie zeskanowanej JPG, PDF. W przypadku braku wyżej wymienionego dokumentu potwierdzającego znajomość języka obcego KSSiP zastrzega sobie prawo weryfikacji znajomości zadeklarowanego poziomu języka obcego.

2. Pierwszeństwo do udziału w szkoleniu mają osoby, które w roku bieżącym i/lub latach ubiegłych nie brały udziału w szkoleniach międzynarodowych bądź też brały udział sporadycznie, a także osoby angażowane w charakterze wykładowcy w procesie szkolenia organizowanym przez KSSiP w ramach kształcenia wstępnego bądź ustawicznego, opiekunowie grup międzynarodowych odbywających staż w Polsce.

3. Poprawne wypełnienie formularza aplikacyjnego (dostępny na: http://www.igo-ifj.be/fr/event/int-103-522) oraz dokonanie rejestracji na dane szkolenie na platformie szkoleniowej KSSiP.

Przypominamy, że zgodnie z Regulaminem Platformy Szkoleniowej KSSiP zgłoszenie się do udziału w szkoleniu jest równoznaczne ze złożeniem oświadczenia przez użytkownika Platformy Szkoleniowej, że uzyskał on zgodę przełożonego na udział w szkoleniu.

Rekrutacja odbywa się za pośrednictwem platformy szkoleniowej KSSiP.

1. W celu zapisania się na listę oczekujących należy założyć konto użytkownika. Po wejściu na stronę główną KSSiP www.kssip.gov.pl należy w zakładce „Szkolenia ustawiczne” wybrać opcję „Platforma szkoleniowa”. W tej sekcji znajduje się instrukcja użytkownika platformy z którą należy się zapoznać oraz link do założenia konta użytkownika wraz z instrukcją: http://szkolenia.kssip.gov.pl/login/ Osoby posiadające konto na platformie e-learningowej nie muszą zakładać nowego konta i mogą zalogować się za pomocą danych z profilu użytkownika platformy e-learningowej.
2. Po założeniu konta następuje weryfikacja danych przez KSSiP i po zaakceptowaniu profilu uczestnika przez KSSiP osoba zainteresowana może dokonywać zapisów na kursy.
3. W celu zapisania się na seminarium po zalogowaniu się na platformę w sekcji „Kategorie kursów” należy odnaleźć zakładkę „Szkolenia międzynarodowe”, gdzie zostało zamieszczone przedmiotowe szkolenie.
4. W celu rejestracji na seminarium należy zapisać się na listę oczekujących.

2. Wypełnienie formularza aplikacyjnego nie jest równoznaczne z zakwalifikowaniem się na szkolenie.
3. Osoby, które nie dokonają samodzielnej rejestracji na platformie szkoleniowej KSSiP, nie będą mogły wziąć udziału w szkoleniu.
